Employee requests can be send from any module that the respective employee works in.

Employee requests come in to the HR module under employee requests.

All requests are sorted and sent for approval to higher management, the approval access is granted only to the concerned person.

After the approval, the Human Resource department is to schedule the appropriate candidates for interview within the recruitment calendar.

Job descriptions are added for the respective job titles and the same is selected during the requisition stage.

Job descriptions are added in by the HR department to the respective job titles added and sent for approval to assigned personnel in escalation approval workflow.

An approved job description can only be edited after a revision approval from the concerned personnel.

An email or sms reminder is sent to the interviewee reminding him or her about the timing and location of the interview.

The nominated interviewers also get a notification of the same and their personal calendar on their homepage will indicate the same.

Different dates can be selected by a click on the calendar and the details of the interview would change instantly depending on the respective schedule.

During the interview, the interview form is selected for the respective interviewee and filled in during the interview.

After the interview a matrix is auto-generated with the results of all the interviews for the specific request.

The interview record is approved by designated personnel in approval workflow after viewing the entire results.

Once an employee is is approved the HR department creates a new ID for the employee in the employee directory with the start date.

Once a new employee is added an auto notification is send to :
IT department : To provide IT related equipments.
Admin department : To provide stationery and related equipments.
Marketing department : To provide employee card.
Personnel department : To provide business cards etc.

The contract and printed form is signed off by the employee and the HR department can store the same within the employee directory.

Automatic notification is provided to the concerned people when the probation period ends. (evaluation module is under performance management)
Employees Services

Service requests can be accessed by any employee from their personal dashboard.

The requests are forwarded to the dashboard of the direct manager, which is forwarded to the Human Resource department after review.

In case of queries or missing documents the HR department can send a message through the message stream, tagging the service request number to the concerned employee who in turn an upload the same.

After evaluation the the service request can be approved and assigned to the concerned personnel for actions, the concerned personnel will get a notification of the same on their dashboard.

All the requests are stored in the register and can be retrieved at any point of time.

Legal consultation service is offered to employee through the Legal Department
Employees Directory

The employees directory module can be accessed by the HR department and concerned management personnels.

The directory gives the entire information of all the employees in the organization from inception.

All the documents related to an employee is uploaded and can be viewed.

All the evaluations and training records are found under the employee’s directory which automatically comes in from different modules.

The HR department gets in an automated notification on the expiry of the employee’s respective documents, visa, labour card, passport, license, leave etc.

Furthermore, statistics of an employee can also be found in the directory (auto generated). Statistics includes but not limited to leave details, attendance, medical records, evaluation, performance and training evaluations etc.
